Residential Cleaning

Each service covers spaces up to 1,000 sq ft:

  • Standard Cleaning: $300/visit (Approx. 2-3 hours)
    Includes general maintenance cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.

  • Deep Cleaning: $500/visit (Approx. 4-5 hours)
    Includes all Standard Cleaning tasks plus detailed baseboard cleaning, light fixtures, deep cleaning of kitchen appliances, and cabinet interiors.

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: $750/visit (Approx. 5-7 hours)
    Thorough cleaning designed for homes in transition, including carpets, walls, windows, and cabinets.

  • Post-Infestation Cleaning: $1,000/visit (Approx. 8-10 hours)
    Must follow exterminator visit (proof required). Includes deep sanitization, floor scrubbing, and odor removal.

Hoarder Home Cleaning Fees

Each fee applies to homes up to 1,000 sq ft, with time estimates depending on the level of cleaning required:

  • Level 1 (Mild Clutter & Excess Items): $600+ (Approx. 5-6 hours)

  • Level 2 (Moderate Hoarding, Some Blocked Areas): $1,200+ (Approx. Full-day job)

  • Level 3 (Severe Hoarding, Unsafe Conditions): $2,500+ (Approx. Multiple days, team required)

Additional Fees:

  • Biohazard Fee (e.g., Mold, Pet Waste, Rotten Food): +$500 minimum

  • Excess Trash Removal (More than 10 bags): +$50 per additional bag

  • Furniture/Appliance Removal: +$150 per large item

Commercial Cleaning

For commercial spaces, fees remain dependent on services requested:

  • Standard Office Cleaning: $1,500/month (2 visits)
    Covers basic cleaning of desks, floors, and restrooms.

  • Corporate Deep Cleaning: $5,000/event (8-10 hours)
    Includes detailed cleaning for upholstery, carpets, and specialized areas.

Overtime Charges:

Applicable for homes and commercial spaces up to 1,000 sq ft:

  • Residential Cleaning: $100 per additional hour

  • Post-Infestation Cleaning: $150 per additional hour

  • Commercial Cleaning: $200 per additional hour

💡 Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments, with charges for partial hours calculated as half the hourly rate.

    Client must provide proof of exterminator visit. Cleaning will take place 5 days after extermination. Includes deep sanitization, floor scrubbing, and targeted odor removal.
    Rooms Included: Entire Home (Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Hallways, Entryways, Laundry Room, Garage (sweeping only), Basement (if applicable)).

Commercial Cleaning

  • Standard Office Cleaning: $1,500/month (2 visits)
    General cleaning, including desks, floors, and restrooms.

  • Corporate Deep Cleaning: $5,000/event (minimum 1/month)
    Comprehensive deep cleaning, including upholstery, carpets, and specialized areas.

Overtime Charges

  • Residential Cleaning Overtime: $100 per additional hour

  • Post-Infestation Cleaning Overtime: $150 per additional hour

  • Commercial Cleaning Overtime: $200 per additional hour
